We will work with you to process your mail the same way you would
at your facility, making the switch easy.
We open and sort the mail based upon your specific
instructions. The sorting process consists of opening the mail,
identifying the claim pieces, non-claim pieces and separating claims
for scanning. The mail that contains non-claim pieces, are returned
to you on the next business day.
